WARMER is an innovative theatre company founded by Tanya Williams and James Gordon,
based in Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph Ontario.
WARMER is an inquiry by artists and community members into our relationship with our
environment through conversation cafes, recorded soundscape, and interactive,
voice-movement, site-specific and playback theatre.
If our world is really staring down the barrel of an environmental
catastrophe, how does that feel? How do we live our lives right now? Is there
a way that we, as earthlings, might live and work together that recognizes we
are all on the same side? Are we getting any WARMER?
WARMER has presented works at the Living Earth Festival, the Unhinged
Festival and the Non-Violence Festival in Kitchener, made a number of special
appearance at social justice and environmental events, and is preparing a
theatrical event on bicycles called JAMCYCLE in Guelph for the Spotlight On
the Arts Festival.
